It conducts the friction performance inspection defined in JIS D 4411 Brake linings and pads for automobiles and JIS D 4311 Clutch facing for automobiles to improve those quality.
It has been completed with support of Agency of Industrial Science and Technology and was the prototype of the JIS standard.
It has been introduced to lining and clutch industries and resin industry.

• It realizes the test of surface temperature of 100 to 350 °C defined in JIS.
• Surface temperature, speed (circumference velocity), revolution counter of friction plate and friction force of test piece are displayed in digital and surface temperature, friction force and speed of test piece are displayed in analog, and they are saved on SD card with CSV format. (Optional PC for data storage is available.)
