Announcement – change of the shareholder and parent company of D2T

As of March 24th, 2015, FEV has acquired the 100% of shares of D2T from IFP Group.
In line with this, as of this day, D2T belongs to FEV Group from IFP Group and IFP Group will keep connected with D2T as a technical partner.

For D2T Japan, the board members stay due to the change of shareholder. (The change for organization of parent company will be announced separately.)
We will keep developing our business, the same way as previously, with a focus on the virtual powertrain engineering and automation systems.
