Dear customers

Announcement – transfer of trading business department

We had been conducting trading business department for 3 years since January, 2011, along with test system business department. It was split into 2 companies, which had been transferred and sold in January, 2014.
(The transferee and buyer are confidential due to non-disclosure agreement.)

We thank you very much for having had supported us by a lot of customers.
We will return to our origin and focus on the test system business to contribute to customers’ “monodzukuri (craftsmanship).”
