Arranging Materials
We arrange materials after receiving order from customer.
We conduct strict receiving inspection and only highly selected material can be used.
Mill sheet is provided for all the major materials for all the products.
Casting
Skillful craftmen make every effort to manufacture casting from wood pattern.
Accuracy of wood pattern and cavity of casting are repeatedly checked.
Forming process
Castings are processed in affiliate company with high accuracy NC.
Processed accuracy is fully checked for pre-shipment inspection and acceptance inspection.
Assembly process
After acceptance inspection for parts, products are assembled in accordance with prescribed manual.
We fully pay attention to safety, such as having an accident prediction training before work for dynamometers to demonstrate high performance and strictly observe the assembly accuracy and fastening torque to finish products.
Pre-shipment inspection (bench test, quality check)
After conducting calibration inspection and trial operation test, final inspection is conducted in accordance with our prescribed strict pre-shipment standard. Matching inspection with customers engine is possible if it is supplied for trial operation test.
Packing, delivery
After the final inspection, product is carefully packed and delivered to customer by transport company dedicated to precision machinery.
